GENERAL

Q. How do I sign up for your newsletter?

A. That’s an easy one. Click here and fill out the form to receive our weekly newsletter filled with new bookings, updates and special offers.

Q. Is your venue all ages?

A. Most but not all of our shows are all ages. Please check the website for age restrictions for a particular show.

Q. Where are you located?

A. The Ready Room is located at 4195 Manchester Ave; our building is on the north side of Manchester at the corner of Boyle Ave. (Look for the teal doors.)

Q. Where can I park?

A. Secure parking is available in neighborhood lots on most show nights and weekends. There is also off-street parking throughout The Grove district. Please be aware that some streets are marked as residential parking only; you will be ticketed if you park on these streets and the fines are substantial.

Q. What are your hours?

A. Currently, we are open Wednesday through Saturday from 9pm to 1:30am as well as on show nights. Please check the calendar listing on the website for show specific information.

Q. Are you non-smoking?

A. We are a non-smoking venue. If you need to smoke during the performance, please do so in front of the building and be prepared to show your wristband or handstamp to the door staff upon reentry. Smoking inside the venue will result in ejection from the event. Please be advised that minors will not be allowed reentry under any circumstances.

Q. Is there reentry?

A. Please see above.

Q. Do you serve food?

A. We do not sell food, but there are numerous restaurants and cafes in the Grove to choose from if you want to grab a bite to eat before the show. You are welcome to bring in food though please note that no outisde drinks, alcoholic or otherwise, will be permitted.

Q. Is there seating in your venue?

A. Unless a show is specifically listed as seated, we are a general admission venue. There is limited hi-top table and bar stool seating throughout the venue; any seats are considered first come first served.

TICKETING

Q. How do I buy advance tickets?

A. You may purchase tickets online through this website or by visiting Ticketfly.com, or in-person at our box office.

Q. What are your box office hours?

A. Box office hours are 12-6pm on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Q. Can I buy tickets at the door?

A. Unless a show is sold out, tickets will always be available for sale at the door (cash only).

Q. I bought tickets from a third party website or a scalper, will I be able to get in?

A. Tickets purchased through third party retailers/scalpers may not be valid. The venue accepts no responsibility for tickets purchased through any outlet other than Ticketfly or the Ready Room box office. Choose wisely and at your own risk.

Q. What is Will Call? Can I pick up my tickets in advance?

A. Will call means that you purchase tickets online in advance and pick them up the day of show at the venue. When you are ready to enter the show, please show your ID at the front door to obtain entrance.

Q. I can’t make it to a show, can I get my money back?

A. Sorry, all sales are final unless the show is canceled or rescheduled for a different date.

Q. What if a show is canceled/rescheduled?

A. If a show is canceled refunds are available at point of purchase; any tickets purchased online will be automatically refunded. In the event of a reschedule, all tickets sold will be honored for the new date but refunds will be available upon request.

Q. The band I wanted to see canceled, can I get a refund?

A. Unless the headlining artist cancels, no refunds will be issued.

BOOKING AND RENTAL

Q. Can I rent the space for a party or event?

A. Yes, we are available to host any event. Please contact events [at] thereadyroom.com

Q. How can I book my band to play The Ready Room?

A. As Ready Room is a larger capacity venue, please make sure that your band or bill’s draw is proportional to the space. We also offer the option of renting out the venue for your show. Consideration for opening slots on shows with touring headliners will typically be reserved for artists with whom we already have a positive working relationship.
